Online payment is intended for use of employees with RIL domain id and password only.
The portal is also available for visitors / consultants / vendors at the facilities without RIL domain id and password. They may order meals with shared phone number only. The transaction in such case is processed with an OTP generated on the shared mobile number. The terms and conditions as given below are equally binding for such users.
Ourgreens.ril.com will not be responsible if online transaction fails due to network / internet issue.
By using our Website, you agree to be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and Password.
By using online payment mode, you agree to be bound to use electronic medium for communication. You may receive email and / or SMS for the transaction that you do on our website.
Privacy Policy
We view protection of your privacy as a very important principle and we understand clearly that You and Your Personal Information is important and secured.
Credit Card / Debit Card / Net banking information is not stored on our website/servers.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Order cannot be cancelled or refunded after cancelation / refund request timeline expires. The timeline for cancellation / refund is limited to meal timings only.
You shall be entitled to a refund only in the event of any of the following circumstances:
Wrong order being delivered or items missing from your order at the time of delivery.
In case of any failed order or transaction not completed (generation of QR code / unique transaction number) the order is deemed to be a failed order even though specified amount is deducted from the user’s account. The deducted amount will be auto credited within 10 working days.
Our decision on refunds shall be at our sole discretion and shall be final and binding.
Any Orders which are applicable for refunds will be refunded back to source within 5 working days.
